Pro Tip: Don’t stop at three! Every time a customer asks you a new question in person, whether it’s about a new product or a holiday schedule, add it to your profile. Try to add at least one new Q&A to your Google Business Profile every month. This shows Google and your customers that your business is active, healthy, and ready to help.
